How Power Training Works

Power training classes contain between 20 to 35 participants with 2 to 4 trainers per class. The course is held over a two-day period. Each day’s training will last about 12 hours or longer.

Power Within Us first class Power Training a two day seminar that allows you to focus on those things by creating a vision for your life. Unlike some programs Power Training believes in focusing on the positive aspects of life and moving forward with purpose. Over two days you will learn what your true 100% is, set goals, and begin fighting for your vision. We believe that each individual is capable of putting together a specific vision for their life and achieving that vision by fighting for it.

Participation – participants will be required to participate in every step of the Power Training process. At times this participation will be passive. At other times Power Training will allow you to step outside your comfort zone. As your mind expands, it will allow you to access areas of your soul you weren’t previously aware of. Power Training will stretch you.
